Dreams and the Secret Power of Lists

Some emails I have received from you have spoken about changes in the dreams you have experienced since starting lists.  In fact I had a few people who mentioned the same thing at some of the radio phone-ins I had in Australia.

Let me start by saying that this is totally normal and is a natural consequence of doing lists, as the lists will awaken you spiritually and thus will be reflected in your dreams.  What will be useful is if you start to keep a dream journal, so you are able to record your dreams, and later be able to think about them and try and possibly interpret them.  For some the dreams will provide a perfect pathway to assist with whatever you are wanting to obtain when doing the lists.  For others the dreams may be more cryptic and require a lot more thought and consideration to understand what they may mean.  An example of a cryptic dream is that from Mrs. Saunder.  She was having recurring dreams of a particular teenage girl who seem to appear in a lot of different dreams and sometimes she did not appear to have any place in the dream itself.  It was if she had wandered in upon the dream.  Mrs Saunders told me she felt like she knew the girl as if she knew everything about her just the same as if it were a close friend.  Mrs Saunders also stated she had a few erotic encounters with this girl and she had since noticed an increase in her libido in her normal waking life.  She could not understand who the girl was. And neither could she relate this girl to the list she was writing (which was a health list).
After spending some more time with Mrs.Saunders I was able to gain some background to her life and it then became more clearer to me that the dream itself was a response to her need to have better health.  The girl represented her inner healer.  Dreams are often said to be a channel for inner repressed energies to express themselves.  The girls manifestation in the dreams signified a healing process was taking place for whatever that dream was expressing.   The erotic encounters related to Mrs Saunders married life- she was always a conservative person and had been brought up to think that sex was dirty and something that had to be reluctantly done to produce children.  She had never had much enjoyment or much interest in this side of her married life.  Again a healing was taking place to expunge the internalised feelings regarding sex and subsequently she was experiencing an explosion of her libido in response to the healing.
So for everyone who are experiencing a change in dreams after starting a list- keep a dream journal and do take some time to investigate the meanings behind them.

Websites down

Just to inform everyone that the links to the publishers website and to the Vedic Store have been targeted by persons unknown and have attacked causing the sites to be down.

I understand the sites are now being worked on to resolve any issues and prevent future occurances of the problems experienced.

I can not speculate on who has caused the problems but I have been told that it is sometimes common for such things to happen when certain groups feel they are being threatened especially with regard to spiritual awakening and individuals taking charge if their lives.  It may be that some groups have felt that the powerful individualised Yantra being offered for sale should remain hidden and not available to the general public.

Anyway I hope the websites are backup soon.

Australia

Again I have been away from the UK having been called to Australia for some conferences and radio shows.  My busy schedule has impacted greatly on the release of my next two titles but rest assured the new year should bring some firm release dates.

Global dreams as premonition of world events: followup

I just wanted to thank everyone for sending me their dreams.  I thought I would post one here for everyone to read and to keep encouraging people to send me your dreams.  You can also send me dreams that have been told to you first hand by the dreamer.  Ok so here is the dream sent to me by a 40 year old man in the UK.  What is interesting is that his dream uses an american term (martial law) yet the soldiers themselves are British.  Here it is:

'I was a few floors up in a building and I could see far out in to the distance.  I glanced away as I think I was doing some work and then when I next looked out of the window I saw a huge whirling tornado.  There were other people with me and they all started to look outside.  We saw three other tornado's and we could hear the sound of it sucking everything in its path.  I just said oh my god and thought only of my wife at home and that she would be terrified there with the winds going at tremendous speeds.  I remember thinking that all I wanted to do was be with my wife at home.  I knew something on a global scale had happened.  Then the dream changed and I saw a lot of the British army with guns on the streets.  I heard on the tv that martial law was declared and everyone needed to be careful.    My wife had somehow made her way to me and although she was not in a good state we were both glad we were together.  My overall feeling was not of terror but of a feeling that something had happened and things were under some sort of control'.

Interesting dream is it not- please keep sending in your dreams...

True reports of synchronicity

One of my earlier posts remarked on some events which can only be described as remarkable.  These events are termed synchronicity and describe events or situations which are unlikely to have been caused by chance. I continue to receive your own stories and I am always amazed at the various types of synchronicity that have occurred in your lives.  Some of you have said how such events may not be very interesting to other people but to the person it happen to it can be quite uplifting.  Let me give you one example below reproduced with permission:

'I had read a really great novel about 5 years ago and although I knew the story well I had forgotten the author and the title after one year.  I tried to use google and other specialised book search services in order to track down what this book was called.  I was desperate to read it again and after various searchs over 3 years I simply gave up all hope of finding the book.
Then last week I was working in the office and I went to get some water from the kitchen and was walking back to my desk and happen to pass two other women who worked in the office near the kitchen.  It was only because I had to walk past them to get to my own desk that I happened to overhear one woman talk to the other about a book in which the story revolved around animal food consumption.  I walked past and then I stopped momentarily to catch a few more words.  She was describing the exact same novel which I had been searching for many years, in a few seconds I heard both the title and author of the book!'.  I rushed back to my desk and checked online and saw the cover on amazon and it was exactly the same book!!  If I hadn't gone to fetch some water at that exact time I would never have past these two women talking about the book at that exact time.  This proves to me that our thoughts do radiate out into the universe and brings forth certain events to grant our wishes and needs'.

So as you can see it may seem like a small thing to find a long forgotten novel title, but for this person it was highly significant!!

Please continue to send me your true stories!

Paperthinks : Moleskin type Notebooks-

I had the pleasure of seeing notebook products by Paperthinks company today at an arts fayre.
Not only are their products made using recycled materials (leather is 100% recycled and the paper is 50% recycled)- the quality and beauty of the products really stood out for me.   There are various sizes available in various colours.  So it is something I would suggest people try for writing their lists (the larger sized notebooks would be most suitable).   One thing I do not know is the retail price of these notebooks, however please leave comments if you wish for me to explore further and I can perhaps get a good pricing if there are a lot of you who do wish to try out these notebooks.
Here is a photo of a selection of them- you can see just some of the colours available.  Unfortunately there were no samples for me to take away and to properly test the pages and the various types of pens on them- however just from visual and touch feedback I can guess that they would hold up to a variety of pens and pressures without causing too many problems.  By the way if you haven't read my other blog post regarding another notebook that I came across you can read it here.

Preparing for October 28, 2011, 2012 or just a rainy day! Part 2

This is part two of my other post and carries on with the list...

5: Light.  Very valuable and comforting when it gets dark is a form of light.  LED torchs which can be powered by a crank should be a first choice.  Keep a couple of these as they cost about a dollar/pound and will never need batteries and therefore will be useful for a few years or more.  Next you should keep some battery powered torch's and again LED types are preferable due to their low power consumption, long lasting bulbs and quality of light.  They come at various price points and again if you are wanting to save some money then you can pickup these for a dollar/pound at any store.  As you move up the price point you can purchase torches which provide stronger light but consume slightly more power.  I would also recommend you keep some torches which have a headstrap.  These can be mounted on your head using the elastic and provides an excellent hands free form of lighting.
6: Power sources.  Keep as much many batteries as you can of many different sizes.  Remember batteries do have a shelf life and if you do use batteries in other devices then when you buy new batteries -use the ones in your storage and place newly purchased one for your box.  This way you will keep ahead of shelf storage dates and ensure you have batteries that will prove usable when needed.
7: Wind-up radio:  You can keep a battery powered one but having a wind-up one means you have one less device to worry about needed batteries.
8: Cutting implements: Keep a range of knives for general cutting tasks.    I would also recommend spending a bit more on what is termed a survival knife.  A 7 to 12 inch will be suitable and these often come with useful survival kits which fit inside the handle of the knife.  This sort of knife will help with heavier tasks if needed and can also serve as a defensive weapon should the need arise.  Remember to abide by the law in your country regarding knives.  Your survival knife should always be kept in your rainy day storage box and should not be taken out for fun tasks in the garden.  Remember it is a tool that you need to rely on and should be kept in good condition.  Also useful is a sharpening stone for your knife-these can be purchased cheaply and will also serve to sharpen your other cutlery knives.
9: Rope and string:  Keep a strong rope of a good length and a big ball of smaller string.
10: Zip ties: A large box of 1000 mix sizes can be purchased for a low cost.  These have a multitude of uses of which I may do another post about.
11: A store of plastic bags: A great way to help the environment is to keep a store of used shopping plastic bags.  Again a multitude of uses (even as clothing!).  Keep a store of smaller sandwich type plastic bags as well.
12: A couple of needles and thread.  These will not take much space in your box.
13: Basic medical kit: These can be purchased as a kit.  Remember to include other items such as medications for general problems such as for headache, skin conditions, extra antiseptic creams.  Don't be afraid to topup this kit with extra items.
14: Tampons: Great for a number of uses.
15: Survival book/s: There are a number of these on the market- try and choose one that is small enough to be portable. Perhaps keep more than one copy.  Make sure it is written in a language that is understandable to the lay reader and has lots of pictures and diagrams to explain things.  Try and find one that applies to the country you are in.  For example I have one which mentions plants, and tress native to my location.

This list will be continued.  This should be enough for everyone to get started with.  As always comments are welcome.
